This product is my current obsession not just because of the scent but also because of the occasion it was gifted to me. Traditionally, dad needs to give new mom, a gift soon after childbirth to let her know that she is special and to thank her for going through the ordeal.
As soon as my daughter was born, my husband gifted this to me along with a beautiful letter describing how much we (me and the baby) mean to him J

This perfume is sophistication in a bottle. It is a feminine scent which is quite seductive and has a rich note of coffee, vanilla and floral.

You can either pick the perfume alone – 1.6oz for $91 or this value gift set with the same quantity of perfume along with mini YSL lipstick and Mascara for the same price. When you can get better bang for the buck, why not?

This is one of the most hyped products last year and was sold out most of the times on Sephora website. I did not jump into this soon after the launch as I really did not buy into the craze, however, when the curiosity got the better of me, I did pick up the full-size bottle. And, good that I did! This face oil just melts and gets absorbed into the skin beautifully and makes any foundation/powder glide on smooth with no dry patches.

Skin looks dewy throughout its wear time (which for me was about 3-4 hours). If you want to try, you can definitely pick out the mini size and test it out for your skin.

This primer has a gel like texture and spreads on to the skin evenly. It seems to minimize the pores and the golden shimmer in the product gives a nice glow to the skin. Skin feels a lot smoother with this primer and the foundation lasts longer on the face when used in combination with this primer. This is my current favorite.

I have a combination skin (with oily T zone and dry cheeks) and the weather in the place where I live contributes to this dryness. I was recommended this product by the skin care expert at Sephora store and I have no regrets finishing up this tub. It got absorbed into the skin quickly and did not feel sticky. Skin felt moisturized and soft throughout the day. If you have combination skin, this moisturizer is worth giving it a try!

This is a recent launch by Urban Decay where they have reformulated their original lip glosses. If you are a gloss-person, this is a must try! They have four different finish effects—metallic, holographic, cream, and sheer cream with a wide range of shades (20). Out of the 20 shades available, 4 are exclusive to ULTA, but you can definitely pick any of the remaining 16 shades on sale at Sephora. The packaging is to die for! I had already picked up 3 shades soon after its launch (review coming up soon) but planning to get few more during the sale.

Not to mention, these products are already selling out fast ;)

This is my holy grail mask kit. Many people swear by the Glamglow masks. I have personally tried both Glamglow and Peter Thomas Roth masks and I feel Peter Thomas Roth masks are much better. Each of the mask does exactly what it claims in its description. I have already finished this kit once and bought a second one recently. If you are looking for a good face mask, this is a must try!

These gel eye liners from Marc Jacobs are smudge and water proof and they wear a good 10-12 hours for me. They come in 3 finishes – matte, satin and shimmer. I have the shades Blacquer 42 – which is a true black in satin finish and Mari (gold) 70 which is a golden peach in shimmer finish. Basically love these and have already stocked up on Blacquer.

On days when I feel lazy to use a ton of brushes to apply my makeup, Beautyblender is my goto makeup sponge. You can apply primer, foundation, concealer, setting powder, blush, bronzer and highlighter – all with just one sponge – beautyblender. This tool is that versatile! It also leaves a very blended finish on your face without leaving any of the products streaky or cakey unlike some brushes!

Price: $20 for 0.7oz

Initially, I got this from a Korean website when my lips were so chapped due to cold and dry winter. Ever since I started using this, I could see visible results on my lips. These are overnight sleeping masks for lips and in the morning my lips feel so soft, supple and shiny. They come in various flavors but vanilla is my favorite.

Knowing that it is available in Sephora makes the happier me jump in excitement J

Sale is the time to stock up on essentials as well. This solid cleanser from the Sephora brand cleans the gunk out of my makeup brushes so quickly and thoroughly, without damaging them. I am almost hitting the pan on my current one and it’s time to restock. If you are looking for a good brush cleaner, your search ends here!

Let me know what you are likely to pick up in the sale, in the comments section below!
